Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the product in its original NUDIENT box and use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
